What we provide.

Hyperplane Innovation W.L.L., trading as HYPLX, provides software that helps your team run commercial and operational work. It connects to systems you nominate, reviews what is happening in them, and puts the findings and a recommended response in front of the people responsible.

The software recommends. A person decides. It does not act on your behalf, and nothing leaves your business without someone authorising it.

• Use the service lawfully, and for your own business
• Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself
• Only connect systems you are authorised to connect
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service

03Your data

Your data and your content.

What you put into the service, and what the service produces for you, remains yours. We process it to deliver the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train machine learning models.

What the software is and is not

The service uses AI to reason about commercial situations. Its conclusions are judgements from incomplete information, presented with the evidence behind them so you can check them. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice, and the decision to act on any of them is yours.

The service is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Stopping

You can stop using the service whenever you like, end any connection to your systems, and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that damages other people. We will tell you why.

Agreement

These terms are between you and Hyperplane Innovation W.L.L., trading as HYPLX, registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain. If we change them materially, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where a signed agreement exists between us, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps.
