Who this covers.

This policy covers the HYPLX website and the software Hyperplane Innovation W.L.L. provides to its customers. Where your company is the customer, your company controls the data held in its own systems. HYPLX processes that data to deliver the service you have engaged us for, and for no other purpose.

• What you give us directly. Your name, work email, company and anything you write when you book a walkthrough or get in touch. Used to answer you and to arrange the meeting, nothing else.
• Data our software processes for you. Where you engage us, our software connects to systems you nominate and works with the operational data in them. What it may read is agreed with your team, written into the engagement, and limited to that scope.
• Operational records. Counts, timings and error reasons, used to keep the service working. These deliberately exclude the content of your business data.

How a connection to your systems is made, what it is permitted to read, and who can see the results are agreed with your IT team and documented before anything is connected. The security overview sets out how we work.

• Sell, rent, or share your data with anybody for their own purposes
• Use your data for advertising
• Use your business data to train, retrain, or fine-tune machine learning models
• Reach into systems or data outside the scope agreed in your engagement

04Everything else

Who else touches it.

Running the service requires a small number of providers: hosting, databases, and the models that do the reasoning. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service and for nothing else. We will tell you who they are, and where they run, on request, and the answer for your engagement is documented before you deploy.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your engagement is active. Ask us to delete it and we will. Where the software reads from systems you control, ending the connection stops all further access to them straight away.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hi@hyplx.com and we will answer.

This website

Booking a walkthrough is handled by a third-party scheduling tool, which receives the details you enter in order to create the meeting.

We measure how this site is used, so we can make it clearer. Two tools do that: one counts visits without setting any cookie or identifying you at all; the other records which pages and buttons are used, and sets a cookie in your browser to tell one visit from the next. Both are used to improve the site. Neither is an advertising network, neither is used to build a profile of you for anyone else, and we do not sell or share what they collect. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or you block these scripts, the site works exactly the same.

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
