Deployment is scoped before it is built
Connection method, network path and credential handling are defined with your IT team during scoping and written into the engagement. They are not decided afterwards.
Access is scoped to what the work needs
The connection is configured against the specific tables and objects the agreed use case requires. Nothing broader is requested, and the scope is reviewed with you before it is enabled.
Findings carry their evidence
Every recommendation arrives with the numbers behind it, and the decision taken against it remains traceable and reviewable.
A person stays in the decision
Lumen identifies and prioritises risks and opportunities, explains the evidence behind them, and recommends a response. An authorised person approves, edits, rejects or defers. Lumen recommends. You decide.
Detailed documentation is provided during scoping. Architecture, hosting, credential handling, retention and access control are covered in engagement-specific documentation shared with your IT and compliance teams. It is not published here, because the answers depend on your environment.
03The pilot
The pilot is where you verify this.
Lumen starts with a 45-day pilot. Day 1 begins when your database is connected and mapped data is available, so your team sees exactly what HYPLX reads, and what it does with it, before any commitment.
